Since its establishment in December 1980, Sun Rubber Industry Sdn Bhd has been pioneering rubber compound manufacturing at its plant at Senawang Industrial Estate, Negeri Sembilan.

As a recognition of its commitment toward high quality manufacturing processes. Sun Rubber has been accredited with ISO 9002:1994 by SIRIM in the early 1990’s, which was further upgraded to ISO 9001:2000.

The company has been participating in rubber related exhibitions in China, Germany, Indonesia, Thailand, India and the United Arab Emirates to increase its brand awareness and market share.

Its specialised products include Precured Tread Liners, Cushion gum, Cementing gum, Sidewall Veneer as well as Camelback, Orbitread and Custom made compound.

Its Precured Tread Liner are specially formulated for the treads of truck tyres where they provide resistance to abrasion, fatigue, flex cracking and heat ageing. This means longer service life. more mileage and hence huge reduction in terms of cost per kilometre for end-user.

Sun Rubber Industry is also the winner of the Best Brand Name Award 2005 organised by Lembaga Getah Malaysia and the Enterprise 50 Award 2005 organised by SMIDEC and DELOITTE. Include, we also awarded the “Golden Bull Award 2005″ for the year 2005.
