SUN TYRE INDUSTRIES SDN BHD, product brand name SUNTEX & WINNER, is the 1ST Tyre Retreading / Recycling company in Malaysia to be register by SIRIM-QAS under the Product Certification scheme for Malaysian Standard MS 224:2005, specification for Retreaded Pneumatic Rubber Tyres For Passenger Car and Commercial Vehicles. Certified since 09-2-2007.

- Promises an assurance of the used tyre casings is retreaded / recycled under an effective system of supervision, control and testing.
- Provides the Users an assurance for safety and reliability.
- Product warranty against defects in the workmanship and material as well as given satisfactory service under normal operating conditions.

Performance Test Method
- Test done by external or independent laboratory credited by Dept. Of Standard Malaysia to ISO/IEC 1702
- Retreaded tyres for commercial vehicles (Truck, Bus etc) shall meet the Endurance performance test specified in 6.1 of MS1394, specification for New pneumatic tyres for Highway Vehicles other than passenger cars.
- Retreaded tyres for passenger cars shall meet High-speed performance test specified in 3.2.6 of MS149, specification for New pneumatic passenger car tyres.
